***IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES (Please Read Below)

** ABSOLUTELY NO PARTYING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!  Any violation to this rule or any house rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.  

 

**POOL & SPA HEATING POLICY:  Please turn off the pool and spa heater when finished using it so that the filtration system can function properly.  Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the remote controllers, heating or filtration system. Repair costs resulting from failure to follow these rules may be charged through Airbnb.

 

**GAMES POLICY:  The pool table and games (ie chess & checkers) are available upon request.  Children must be supervised while using the pool table and games.  Any damages or missing items will be reported to Airbnb and a fee will be charged to replace the damaged/missing items.  

 

**BBQ POLICY:  The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area is for ADULT USE ONLY!  Please make sure that the gas is turned off after use and that the BBQ oven is cleaned and ready for the next guest(s).  The outdoor sink is for hand washing ONLY and NO food or trash should go down the drain which will cause severe damage to the plumbing.  Any damages will be reported to Airbnb and fee will be charged for any damages or missing items.

Please note that all bedrooms are accessed via 3-4 steps. This property is not wheelchair accessible and may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations.
